It is our company policy that all our new clients must have had a skin patch sensitivity test at least 48 hours before a colour appointment.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We know that sometimes circumstances arise, but we need enough time to fill your appointment if you are unable to attend. Particularly, when we often work extra late or on our days off to accommodate.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will have to pay 50% of the treatment cost. For new clients, we will ask for a 50% deposit to secure the appointment.
We understand that some emergencies are unavoidable and we will consider these individually.
